We want you to be happy with Cadence. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase — no questions asked.
To request a refund, email us at cadenceapplication@gmail.com with the email address associated with your account. We will process your refund within 5–10 business days.
Refund requests made after the 7-day window are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We may issue a partial refund or credit at our discretion. Refunds will not be granted for:
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Once cancelled, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made.
